Rising regions get in through a wildcard rather than a local circuit: Portugal, DACH, Nordics, Poland, Hungary, Greece.

Why this changed

There used to be standalone EMEA qualifiers, so a MENA team either entered a tournament against the whole of EMEA on day one or did not compete at all. The Wild Circuit replaces that with a path that starts locally: you play teams in your own region first, and the ones who come through go on to the EMEA stage.

For a new roster it means there is a level to enter at. For an established one it means the local title is worth something beyond the local title.
