HOW IT STARTED
In 2023, the MENA region had no voice in Wild Rift esports. No regional qualifiers. No path to international competition. Just a passionate community with potential. Together with that community, we built Pyramids Queue and launched the first Pyramids Cup with 57 teams. Three years later: 7 editions delivered, 5,000+ participants, 2.1M+ social media reach, and an official Riot Games partnership. We put MENA on the map.

Tournament Operations
Swiss and bracket design, eligibility and roster checks, referee coverage on every match night, and dispute resolution against a published rulebook. Eight editions run, 5,000+ players, 195 games in Cup 7 alone.
Coverage & Content
Creator-led coverage rather than a single broadcast: seven creators on one event, clip pipelines, VOD archival and a delay policy that keeps competitive integrity intact. Cup 7 reached 107K live views and 5,354 hours watched.
Community & Growth
Discord ecosystem management, a bilingual content calendar, player retention between editions, and regional expansion across MENA. 2.1M+ social reach and a Riot Games partnership.
Technology & Systems
Four systems on one database: a Discord bot that runs match day, a staff operations platform, this live results site, and the tooling behind them. A result typed in Discord reaches the public standings without anyone re-entering it.
