Who operates this
Pyramids Cup is a Wild Rift competition for the MENA region. Two parties are involved and they do different jobs, which matters if you want something corrected or removed.
- •Pyramids Queue operates the competition. It decides who competes, applies the rulebook, rules on disputes and awards prizes. Questions about a result, a sanction or a prize go here.
- •Nexaro Tech operates the platform: this website, the Discord bot and the internal operations software. Questions about what is held about you, or requests to correct or delete it, go here.
Either route reaches us. Use the contact details at the bottom of this page and we will direct it.
Privacy
Where the information comes from
Most of it is provided at registration, and not always by you: team captains and authorised team representatives register on behalf of their whole roster, so some of what we hold about you was submitted by your captain rather than by you directly.
What we hold
- •Your Discord account id and display name, so the bot can give you your team role and send you your match channel.
- •Your in-game name and Riot tagline, so results read off a scoreboard can be matched to you.
- •Your team, your lane and your country.
- •Match and game results, including kills, deaths, assists, champions played and MVP awards.
- •Your team logo, if your captain uploads one.
- •Incident and disciplinary records, including any evidence submitted, where a rule break is reported.
- •If you use the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. Your IP address is used to rate limit that form and is not stored alongside the message.
What is published, and what is not
This is the part most people are actually asking about, so it is stated precisely rather than generally.
Published on this website: your in-game name, your team, your lane, your country, and your match and game statistics. Anyone can see these without logging in. That is what a results site is for.
Never published: your Discord handle or account id, the raw text your captain pasted when registering, internal staff notes, incident evidence, and who submitted what. The public data on this site is served through views that list their columns one by one rather than exposing whole tables, specifically so that nothing becomes public by accident.
Why we hold it
To run the competition: to seed and pair matches, to apply the rulebook, to decide who qualifies, to publish standings, to pay prizes and to resolve disputes. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
- •Tournament staff, for the events they run.
- •The organiser of a competition you qualify for. Where qualification for another competition is part of the published structure, the relevant qualifying team and roster information may be shared with that organiser for eligibility, registration and administration.
- •Sponsors and partners receive audience and participation numbers in aggregate. They do not receive player records.
- •Service providers that host the platform on our behalf, including our database and hosting providers, and Discord itself. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
How long we keep it
We keep two different things for two different reasons.
Competition history, meaning results, standings, team names, published player names and statistics, is kept as a permanent record of the circuit. A tournament that erases its own results cannot show anybody what it has done.
Operational records, meaning Discord ids, contact details, incident evidence, internal notes and payment information, are kept while they are needed to run and defend the competition, and are reviewed rather than kept by default.
Correction and deletion
You may ask us to correct anything wrong about you, and we will, usually the same day.
You may ask us to delete personal information. We will review the request and, where we are able to, act on it. Some information may need to be retained where it forms part of the competition record, or is needed to enforce the rules, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, pay or account for a prize, or meet a legal obligation.
We will not rewrite finished results. If you played a match, that match happened and the scoreline stays. Where we can, we separate your personal details from the record rather than removing the record.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are used. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not use third party advertising trackers. If you want to know exactly what a provider collects, their own documentation is the accurate source and we will point you at it.
Security
Access to the operations platform is restricted to staff accounts. Public data is served through restricted views rather than direct table access. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact us before disclosing it publicly.
Age
You must be 16 or older at the start of a tournament to play in it. To receive a prize you must be 18 or older, or have the agreement of a parent or legal guardian. These are the age rules in the rulebook, and the rulebook is what governs entry.
Tournament officials may ask for legal proof of age, residency or eligibility. We ask for it only when there is a reason to, we look at it to confirm eligibility, and we do not keep a copy once that is done.
We do not knowingly register anyone under 16. If you believe we hold data about a child who should not be here, contact us and we will remove it.
Terms of use
The rulebook governs the competition
These terms cover this website and taking part in our events. How the competition itself is run, including format, eligibility, draft, forfeits, tiebreakers, rulings and sanctions, is set by the published rulebook for that edition. Where this page and the rulebook disagree about the competition, the rulebook is correct.
Entering
- •Registration is by team, through the official Discord, in the format published there.
- •Your roster must be accurate. Playing under another person’s account, or fielding a player who is not on your submitted roster, is grounds for forfeiture.
- •One registered player identity per person. You may not register or compete for more than one team in the same stage unless the rulebook expressly allows it.
- •Rulings are issued by competition staff under the rulebook. Where the rulebook provides a review or appeal process, use it within the stated deadline. A ruling is final once that period has passed.
Conduct
Harassment, cheating, match fixing, account sharing and abuse of staff are grounds for removal from the current event and from future ones. Sanctions run from a warning through game forfeiture to disqualification and a ban. The conduct rules that apply, and the sanctions available, are in the rulebook.
Prizes
- •Prize amounts and the split between placements are published before the event starts.
- •Prizes are paid to the team as declared at registration, by the method and within the timeframe stated for that cup.
- •Teams are responsible for providing accurate payment details, and for any tax due in their own country.
- •Where a prize cannot be paid because a team cannot be contacted or does not provide the details needed within the stated period, or where a sanction affects eligibility, the rulebook sets out what happens.
Broadcast and content
By entering you agree that your matches may be streamed, recorded, clipped and published afterwards, and that your in-game name, team name and team logo may appear in broadcasts, on this website, on our social channels and in reports to partners and sponsors. Where team voice communication is recorded for officiating, you will be told before it is.
If you submit a clip, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, reproduce, edit, display and share it in connection with operating, promoting and reporting on the event.
Using this website
You may read, link to and share anything on this site. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, do not present our data as your own, and do not attempt to reach anything that is not public.
Results are published as soon as they are confirmed and can be corrected afterwards if an error is found. Treat the site as accurate but not infallible, and tell us if something looks wrong.
No warranty
This site and our Discord are provided as they are. We do not guarantee they will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses arising from their use, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update this page. Material changes affecting an event in progress will be announced in the official Discord rather than changed quietly. The date at the foot of this page is when it last changed.
Governing law
Pyramids Queue and Nexaro Tech operate from the Arab Republic of Egypt. These terms, and anything arising out of this website or taking part in our events, are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction.
If the consumer protection law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be signed away, this paragraph does not take them from you. Competition matters are a separate question and are decided under the rulebook, by competition staff, through the review process it sets out.
Intellectual property and affiliation
What belongs to us
The Pyramids Queue name and branding, this website, our tournament materials, our original software including the operations platform and the Discord bot, and the written content on this site, belong to their respective owners within Pyramids Queue and Nexaro Tech.
What belongs to Riot Games
League of Legends: Wild Rift, its characters, game assets, trademarks and related intellectual property belong to Riot Games and its licensors. Nothing here claims any right in them.
Team names and logos
Team names and logos remain the property of the teams. They are displayed here and in our broadcasts because the team entered the competition and provided them for that purpose.
Who runs this and how it relates to Riot
Pyramids Cup 2026 is organised by Pyramids Queue, MENA region, in collaboration with The Vicious Esports and Nexaro Tech, and is supported by the Wild Rift: Rift Legends Program run by The Purge for Riot EMEA. Results from our cups feed the Rift Legends pathway as set out in the rulebook.
That support is a program relationship, and it is not the same as Riot Games running this competition. Riot Games does not operate this website, does not run our events, and is not responsible for them. This website is ours, and what is written on it is ours, not a statement by Riot Games or by The Purge. Where the Rift Legends program rules apply to a cup, the rulebook for that cup says so, and those rules take precedence over this page on the points they cover.
